FAQ
As we begin to get rolling as a new association, many of the same questions keep coming from residents of Golf Course Condominiums. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we've been asked. We'll add more as we go along, so don't forget to check here. Odds are someone has already wondered the same thing already, and it's probably here already here. If not, feel free to submit your questions on the
Contact Us page.
Q: Who do I call in case of an emergency? Emergencies like a broken water pipe, fire, trees falling, and other damages to common elements?
A: Please contact Lynda Potas of Complete Management Solutions at (815)814-7088
Q: I’m having a problem with something inside of my unit. My A/C is out, appliance issues, upgrade issues. Who do I contact?
A: For all items, first check your sales paperwork. It will explain what is covered and for how long. Items like appliances are covered for either 6 months or a year, depending on your contract. For all other items; windows, drawers, HVAC, doors, etc. You have 30 days after the date of closing to submit any complaints in writing to Crystal Lake Real Estate partners. If this is not done, pursuant to sales paperwork, Crystal Lake Real Estate Partners is not responsible. For any outstanding issues, please contact them directly. If unsure of how to get a hold of them, please contact the Camelot Apts. Office at (815)455-7250 and they will direct you. The Association cannot resolve these individual issues on your behalf, as these items are between the seller and the purchaser of all units.
